Multifunctional Wireless Fuel Computer

Flowtrecs Android BT is a comprehensive fuel computer designed to display the most important parameters for marine, land, and air vehicles equipped with petrol and diesel engines. Its applications are versatile, covering motorboats, yachts, light aircraft, paragliders, motorcycles, power generators, oil burners, and more.

The device displays vital parameters including: fuel consumption, fuel economy, RPM, speed, battery voltage, and statistical data such as average fuel consumption and average speed. Additional safety functions, such as MOB (Man Overboard), are also included.

The system is equipped with a 7" capacitive touch screen and durable aluminum alloy measurement sensors with internal sapphire bearings. The display unit runs on Android 6.0 OS, allowing users to install and use third-party applications like maps and navigation. It utilizes a wireless Bluetooth connection between the sensor hub and the screen, which significantly simplifies installation work.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - SENSOR SELECTION FOR DIESEL:

For Diesel engines equipped with a fuel return line, selecting the correct sensor requires knowing your fuel pump's capacity, not just the engine's fuel consumption.

In diesel systems, the fuel pump circulates much more fuel than the engine actually consumes (the excess returns to the tank). Therefore, the flow sensor must handle the full flow rate of the feed pump.

Example: if an engine consumes 50 l/h while its feed line carries 100 l/h, the feed sensor must accommodate 100 l/h, not just the 50 l/h consumed. XL may be suitable. We confirm the final selection after checking the minimum and maximum flow in both the feed and return lines and the installation requirements, including allowable pressure loss.

Installation Notes:

• RPM readings: An additional Hall sensor may be required if the engine does not provide a suitable electronic RPM signal.
• Pulsation: Depending on the condition of your engine's feeding pump and injectors, additional components like one-way valves and pulsation dampers may be necessary to stabilize readings. These are available separately.

• S for engines 20 - 60 HP (0.5 - 20 l/h) (1.2 mm nozzle diameter)
• M for engines 60 - 130 HP (1 - 40 l/h) (2 mm nozzle diameter)
• L for engines 130 - 250 HP (1.5 - 90 l/h) (3 mm nozzle diameter)
• XL for engines 250 - 300 HP (2 - 120 l/h) (4 mm nozzle diameter)
• XXL for engines 300 - 350 HP (3 - 180 l/h) (4.5 mm nozzle diameter)
