Terms and Conditions of Use

I. General Provisions
1. The online store available at www.shop.flowtrecs.com is operated by the company:

2. These Regulations define the rules for making purchases in the Flowtrecs online store and constitute an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
II. Placing Orders
1. All prices listed in the store are gross prices (including VAT) expressed in EURO (€).
2. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the website. By placing an order, the Customer submits an offer to purchase a specific product.
3. The condition for the execution of the order is providing correct address and contact data (email, telephone number). The Store reserves the right to verify the order in case of doubts regarding the data.
III. Payment and Shipping
1. The Customer can choose the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
- PayPal / Credit Card
- Cash on pickup (only after prior appointment at the company's headquarters).
2. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer and are specified in the "Shipping & Delivery" tab and during the checkout process.
3. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after the payment is credited to our account.
IV. Warranty and Complaints
1. All products offered in the store are new and covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty for consumers (12 months for B2B / companies).
2. In case of a defect, please contact us first at: info@flowtrecs.com regarding the complaint procedure.
3. To process a complaint, please provide:
- Proof of purchase (Order number or Invoice)
- Description of the defect
4. If necessary, the product should be sent back to our address in Mierzyn (Poland). Complaints are processed within 14 days.
V. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
1. According to EU consumer law, the Customer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Store via email.
3. The Customer returns the goods at their own expense. The product must be returned unchanged, complete, and in its original packaging (if possible).
4. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods using the same payment method used by the Customer.
VI. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
1. The administrator of personal data is I-TRONIK. Data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and accounting.
