I. General provisions

1. Online store   Flowtrecs   is run by the company   I-TRONIK   based in Szczecin, registered in the City Hall of Szczecin under number HG / 028996. This activity is addressed to companies and persons running a business   and takes place in accordance with applicable law.

2. The content of the online store    Flowtrecs is an offer in line with the Civil Code. By completing the order form, the customer places an offer to buy a specific product.

3. The commercial offer applies to products with "in stock" status.

4. The store uses the appropriate contract with the distributor's product database, the products described in the "in stock" status refer to the distributor's resources.

5. Placing an order is tantamount to acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations.

II. Placing orders

1. Prices of goods in the online store offer   Flowtrecs   they are expressed in Euro and include VAT tax. The given prices do not include shipping costs. These costs are, however, included in the amount of collection.

2. Service   Flowtrecs   reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer without prior notice. Price change does not apply to orders accepted for execution.

3. By placing an order it is necessary to complete the order form located on the website and send it to   Flowtrecs   A correctly placed order defines the following issues:

a. contact and address details of: the ordering party, the recipient and the payer

b. at least one item of a specific product with price

c. transport costs

d. payment method

4. Service   Flowtrecs   in any case, reserves the right to verify the order and cancel it in cases justifying doubts as to its reliability.

5. Despite all efforts, the service   Flowtrecs   does not guarantee that the published technical data does not contain any defects or errors. Since incorrect descriptions can not, however, be the basis for claims, in case of doubt, please contact the trader before making a purchase decision.

III. Confirmation and verification of orders

1. A correctly placed order is confirmed by an automatic message sent to the Customer's e-mail address.

2. Within 24 hours from the moment of confirmation of placing an order, its verification is carried out, within which individual details of delivery are determined. Verification is carried out by phone or by e-mail.

3. If the verification does not take place within the declared time, it may mean that the data placed during the order was incorrect. In this case, the obligation to contact the service   Flowtrecs   lies on the client's side. The lack of such contact within 5 days from the date of ordering will result in the order being canceled.

IV. Delivery of ordered products

1. Each product is given its availability status. Service   Flowtrecs   undertakes to send the Customer goods with the status "In stock" within 3 days   from the moment of order verification. This time is valid for business days. If you choose payment by bank transfer, this time may be longer, as the order will only start processing when you have posted the money to our account.   Note: inventory levels refer to the quantity of goods in a warehouse in Szczecin.

2. For goods with a different status than "In stock" delivery time is determined individually with the customer.

3. To provide its customers with fast and safe delivery of ordered goods, service   Flowtrecs   he orders them to be delivered by courier. At the customer's request, it is also possible to deliver goods to another freight forwarder (eg Poczta Polska), the relevant information should be given in the comments to the order. The cost of such delivery will be determined individually.    Personal collection in the store - transport cost PLN 0.

V. Payments

1. Service   Flowtrecs   offers its clients the following forms of payment: 
- payment   cash   store the receipt of the goods (no subsidies) by appointment to pick up 
- prepayment   transfer to your account   -     - the order number should be given in the transfer title,   the order will be sent for processing after the money has been credited to your account.

VI. Warranty and warranty

1. The products have a manufacturer's, importer's or seller's warranty applicable in Poland. The warranty period for each product can be found in its description on the store's website. The detailed conditions for the performance of the guarantee are specified in the guarantee print issued by the guarantor. Most products have guarantees carried out directly by the company. 
Complaints are dealt with by our suppliers within 14 working days, however, it may happen that due to importing a part from the manufacturer, the repair time will be extended to 30 days.

In order to obtain detailed information on the implementation of the warranty for the product complained about, please send an email to   with   information containing:

You send the advertised goods to us at our own expense.

The repaired item will be sent at cost   Neotech    to the customer. A copy of the Purchase invoice and a description of the damage should be attached to the shipment, in the absence of these documents the repair time may be longer.

2. The warranty and the right to withdraw from the contract do not apply if the product is affected by mechanical damage of external origin. Therefore, always before collecting the parcel from the courier, check whether the packaging has not been damaged during transport. In particular, pay attention to the condition of tapes or seals affixed to the parcel. If the packaging is damaged or if the seals (tapes) are broken, do not accept the parcel and make a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact the seller as soon as possible to clarify the matter. Checking the parcel on delivery is a necessary condition to take into account any claims of the customer due to damage or robbery of the shipment in transit.

VII. Returns of goods

1. In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271) Article 2 point 2 within a period of 14 calendar days from delivery of the ordered goods, the consumer (a natural person not running a business) has the right to return it without giving reasons in the context of withdrawal from the contract, according to the general rules resulting from the provisions on the conclusion of distance contracts. Pursuant to the Act, the possibility of returning are not subject to unpacked products, subject to copyright protection such as software, music CDs, consumables, etc. If you want to use the above-mentioned right of return, the goods should be returned at your own expense   to the following address:

VIII. Final Provisions

2. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of 02.03.2000 shall apply. on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product.

3. Service   Flowtrecs   reserves the right to change the content of these regulations without prior notice.
