These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made by consumers through the Flowtrecs webshop. Mandatory consumer rights in the country where the consumer lives remain fully applicable.
1. Seller
The seller and data controller is I-TRONIK, Gerarda 22, 72-006 Mierzyn, Poland, VAT number PL8522543293. Email: info@flowtrecs.com.
2. Offer and contract
Product information, prices and availability are shown in the webshop. Before placing an order, the customer can review the selected products, quantities, price and delivery costs and correct input errors. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order electronically. If a product is unavailable, we will inform the customer and promptly refund any amount already paid.
3. Prices and payment
Consumer prices include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other costs are displayed before the final order button. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The customer receives order confirmation on a durable medium, usually by email.
4. Delivery and risk
We deliver to the address supplied with the order. The expected delivery time and delivery charge are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. For a consumer purchase, the risk of loss or damage passes only when the customer, or a third party appointed by the customer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. 5. Statutory guarantee and complaints
Consumers have a statutory right against I-TRONIK as the seller to receive goods that conform to the contract. Within the EU, new goods are covered by at least a two-year statutory guarantee from delivery. Any commercial or manufacturer warranty is additional and does not limit or replace these statutory rights.
Report a defect or complaint as soon as reasonably possible through the contact form or by email to info@flowtrecs.com. Please include the order number, a description and relevant photographs where possible. For a justified complaint concerning defective goods, we bear the necessary return costs and provide the remedy available under applicable law, such as repair, replacement, price reduction or termination and refund.
6. Consumer right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party appointed by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the product. If one order is delivered in several separate parts, the period begins after receipt of the last item.
Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement within that period using the button above, the model form below or by email to info@flowtrecs.com. For an online message, use the subject Cancellation / return and include the order number. We will acknowledge receipt of an electronic withdrawal without undue delay.
After notifying us, the consumer has a further 14 days to return the goods to: I-TRONIK, Gerarda 22, 72-006 Mierzyn, Poland. The consumer bears the direct return cost if informed of it in advance, except where the return concerns defective or incorrectly supplied goods or where we agreed to bear that cost.
The consumer may unpack and inspect the product as they could in a shop. Original packaging is not an absolute condition of withdrawal. The consumer is liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
7. Refund after withdrawal
We refund all payments received from the consumer, including the cost of our standard delivery to the consumer. Additional cost resulting from a more expensive delivery method selected by the consumer is not refunded. The refund is made within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and without extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
8. Exceptions to withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in statutory exception cases, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing the right. An exception is applied only when it genuinely covers the ordered product and all legal conditions are met.

10. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy and Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies and similar technologies are used only with consent where required by law.
11. Applicable law and disputes
Polish law applies to the contract without depriving consumers of protection granted by mandatory rules of the country where they habitually live. Please contact us first about a complaint so that we can try to resolve it. Consumers may also seek advice from the European Consumer Centre in their country or use a competent alternative dispute-resolution body. Disputes may be brought before a court competent under applicable consumer-protection rules.
