Flowtrecs Flow Sensor FS-40-12 (Range L - 3XL)

High-capacity turbine flow sensor (Model FS-40-12) designed for powerful engines with higher fuel consumption (130 HP and above). It features a larger flow passage to ensure unrestricted fuel supply even at maximum throttle.

The device is compatible with all Flowtrecs computers (Mini, INOX, and APP versions). The internal turbine rotates on Sapphire Bearings, ensuring minimal friction, high measurement accuracy, and exceptional durability.

This listing covers versions L, XL, XXL, and 3XL, used for large outboard motors and powerful inboard engines.

• L (1.5 - 90 l/h) – Engines 130 - 250 HP (3 mm nozzle)
• XL (2 - 120 l/h) – Engines 250 - 300 HP (4 mm nozzle)
• XXL (3 - 180 l/h) – Engines 300 - 350 HP (4.5 mm nozzle)
• 3XL (5 - 300 l/h) – Engines 350 HP+ (6 mm nozzle)

Note: For smaller engines (below 130 HP), please choose the Flowtrecs FS-40-10 Sensor (Sizes S, M).

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR DIESEL ENGINES:

If you are buying this sensor for a Diesel engine with a fuel return line (where excess fuel returns to the tank), remember that measuring consumption requires two sensors (one on feed, one on return) and a Flowtrecs device that supports differential measurement.
